Merry Christmas!

Santa brought AK other gifts too but we think she liked the bows most of all!

Mim and BG gave AK this awesome rocking horse! It's soft and has a little seat to hold her in. She loves riding on her new horse! Thanks Mim and BG!

We had a busy but very nice Christmas. It was so much fun having AK around this year. She is really getting active. We started off the long holiday weekend with a visit from AK's Papa Jon and Grandma Deb. We all had a great time together. Monday we went to AK's Mim and BG's house. We spent time with extended family and ate way too much. It was a wonderful Christmas!

Anna Kate is 5 Months Old

Well, we can't believe AK is 5 months old. She has been such a gift from God! We are having so much fun now! She has quit a personality and a smile that will melt your heart. She can roll over both ways now! The only thing AK can't do is sleep through the night (can't or won't haha)

We are having a blast watching her grow.

Santa on the Bayou!

Anna Kate went to see Santa today. She didn't cry or seem to mind the big guy but she would not smile! She says taking pictures with Santa is very serious business!

1000 Miles and Smiles

We went to Missouri this past weekend to celebrate AK's Grandmamma's 50th birthday and early christmas with our family up there. We drove over 1000 miles and AK did great. We had a great time. AK hopes her Grandmamma had a great birthday too!

AK just started playing in her exersaucer this week! she loves it and it gives me a few minutes to run around the house attempting to get things done.

I'm a little late posting about AK's 4 month check up but...better late than never! She had her 2nd round of shots last week. She did great! She was a little fussy 2 days later but that was all. She weighs 11 lbs. 13 oz. and is 24 1/2 inches long! I can't how much she has grown from 5 lbs. 7 oz.! We are having lots of fun lately trying every funny voice and face to make her laugh. She loves her toys and her bath. She also loves to shop! I can take her to any store as long as I have her strapped in her Snugli carrier (forward facing only for miss priss). I can't believe how the time has flown by already. We are enjoying every minute!
