I am a bad blogger...........but I am trying to update a few pics when I can! These pics are from a very busy but fun end of the summer. We went to the beach with the Halls, Barras, and Moores. It was so much fun letting the kids play together and visiting with the adults. We were grateful to Joe's dad for the hook up! Anyway, 7 kids under the age of 5 and all the beach stuff that entails was surprisingly not bad at all! It was a blast and I hope we do it again next year. Joe, AK and I went on another little beach trip a few weeks ago. It was fun getting away with just our little family. We had a great summer and are enjoying fall (or what pretends to be fall in South Louisiana).

Terrific Two's

We went to Missouri to celebrate AK's 2nd bday with Joe's family who wasn't able to make it down to Louisiana for her party. AK had a great time hanging out with Grandmamma, Memmie and Papa. Sissy (my sister) came in to town for a few days so we had some fun family time then too. Here are a few pics. AK started Mother's Day Out last week. She's getting used to it. I know she will love it.

Happy Birthday Baby!

AK had a great 2nd birthday! We had a Yo Gabba Gabba Party. She loved the whole thing but I think she liked the bouncey that we rented the best. It's hard to get pictures of a 2 yr old standing still so these are the best I could get. We love you AK and Happy Birthday!!!!!!

It's been a while.....

We've been really busy lately. We have moved into our house finally after 8 months in limbo. Things at the office are good but busy. I don't really know how to catch up on pics after this long of a time. I'm just gonna put a few recent pics up for all of the grandparents!

30 Something....and everything in between

It's been busy but good here. Our house is being built right now which is exciting but it keeps us busy. Joe is still splitting time between here and Lafayette. I'm working about a day and a half. I am working from home some too. AK is doing great. She is talking up a storm and having a blast in this beautiful weather we have been having. She will tell you exactly what's on her mind and she definitely knows what she wants. Here are some pics from recent events! Enjoy!

Papa Jon and Grandma Deb came down for a visit recently and brought AK her "super baby" costume. She loves it and her bubble machine. AK's favorite thing in the world to do though is to ride the carousel at the mall. We have to go at least once a week. One desperate week for entertainment when we had lots of rain I went 3 times. I know that's excessive but we were stir crazy!
